It’s wild how much change in a year, it’s so cliche to saying it but .. wow.
I was ready to give up in 2021.. then I met my amazing boyfriend, I wasn’t happy at my workplace and he supported me while I left it and encouraged me that I’d find something better and WHAOW was he right. Where I work I’m forever grateful for, the perks, the benefits, the income. I always dreamt of an amazing pay cheque but now I travel a lot more with my income and work perks! I’ve visited new places and cities and now come this October I’ll be relocating to Montreal. :)
I’ll be sad to leave my workplace as it made me realize my potential and how far I can go within my field but with my skill I know I’ll do well in Montreal. I just have to learn French but luckily my boyfriend is fluent :)
The pandemic was hard .. I reached my lowest and losing more than half of my family. My favourite cousins gone, all my aunts gone. It just feels so good to finally leave Vancouver and start somewhere fresh. I’m sad to leave the kids and my parents but I’ve always wanted out of here and I finally am able to leave now.
My workplace, my man and cutting everyone out from my party days has really been such a good change in my life. I’m more focused on my success, my future and traveling.
I’m scared for what is to come in 2023 because of all the deaths I’ve dealt with the last 2 years but I’m excited for the changes when I move :>
